  • Your library URL (the web address of your library on Librarika)
  • Your library admin email (the email used to sign in)
  • The email used for payment or on your subscription receipt, if different
  • Any invoice, order or transaction reference you have
Without your library URL we may not be able to locate your account, which can delay our reply.
